Functional Nutrition for Perimenopause in Portland

I provide virtual nutrition consultations for women in perimenopause who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and not like themselves anymore.

If you’re dealing with low energy, hormone shifts, mood changes, brain fog, or stress around food and daily life, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and create a realistic plan to help you feel more steady and supported.

Every session is personalized to you.

We start by looking at your full health picture—your symptoms, routines, stress load, and nutrition patterns—to understand what’s driving what you’re experiencing.

From there, we focus on simple, realistic next steps to help support:

  • more stable energy

  • better hormone balance

  • improved resilience to stress

  • less overwhelm around food and daily life

Session options

Initial Consultation — $275 (75–90 minutes)

A deep-dive session where we make sense of what’s going on and build your first clear plan.

Includes:

  • Full health and nutrition history

  • Review of symptoms and patterns

  • Personalized recommendations for perimenopause support

  • Simple, realistic plan you can start right away

  • Clear next steps so you’re not left guessing

Follow-Up Session — $175 (60 minutes), $95 (30 minutes)

Ongoing support to help you stay on track and adjust as your body changes.

We will:

  • Review what’s working and what isn’t

  • Adjust your plan based on real-life feedback

  • Troubleshoot symptoms and challenges

  • Keep things simple, sustainable, and supportive

Format

All sessions are virtual and available throughout Oregon, including Portland and beyond. I have the capacity to work with clients in just about every state.

This allows you to get support from home with flexible scheduling that works around real life.

Insurance:

My services are provided out of network. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for re-imbursement.
