Homemade Immune System Support Fudge

Because every immune system needs a helping hand from some fudge.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pitted Medjool Dates

  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil

  • 6 TBSP raw Cacao Powder

  • 2 TBSP Raw Honey or Manuka Honey

  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

  • 1-2 TBSP Cordyceps Mushroom Powder OR you can use Reishi Powder.

  • Hemp seeds & goji berries for topping or some almonds (really any nut/seed that you have)

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or vitamix

    • NOTE: If you don’t have either of these, you can sub the dates for 1/3 cup coconut sugar, and make sure the coconut oil is melted and you can stir it all together in a bowl.

  • Place batter on 8x8 backing sheet and smash it all down to a level layer

  • Top with hemp seeds & goji berries

  • Place in fridge for 2 hours
